Playing games: Three Bloggers and the Sexitary
And so over a bowl of noodles more than a week ago, I forged a pact with three other bloggers. We promised to play badminton at least once a week for a healthier 2010.
We have invited more people to join our group and although they are not bound by the pact like the original members are, they are fueled by the same desire to at least be a little healthier this year.
So far, we have played badminton twice this month and our third session will be tomorrow. Each badminton session lasts for two hours and although I’m not as limber and agile as I was years ago, I enjoy every minute of it. Oh I do fall from time to time and the legs and butt cheeks ache hurt some a lot, but hey…NO PAIN, NO GAIN!




Pasali badminton! Please.. I want to get rid of this flabby tummy of mine.. yyikes..

Oh, that’s so cool! badminton is a good way to lose weight and get active. You might also like to try boxing. Mabilis din magpapayat
I’d like to try boxing at least once. Do you box regularly?
