
The proud owner of the Adidas “Me, Myself.” Journal
My friends and I -for the nth time- talked about staging a sportsfest for bloggers last night. The impromptu planning session happened over cheeseburger, soda, and fries at McDonald’s (of all places!).
Since I’m not getting any younger and in great need for physical activity, I didn’t object when the rest of the group gave their suggestions. I am definitely not a fitness buff but I do know what’s good for my body. After all, engaging in sports is fun and it would be really cool for bloggers to be fit and healthy.
And so to prepare for the multi-sport event, I fished the Adidas ‘Me, Myself.’ Journal from the bottom of my storage bin as soon as I got home. The journal was given to me by Ria Jose when she learned that I maintain a weight loss blog. The journal, according to Ria, was a freebie during an Adidas event she attended months ago.

The Adidas Journal is a very useful tool for women who aspire to have a more active lifestyle. The exercise log will help me take note of all the exercises and fitness-related activities I perform on a daily (and weekly basis) in relation to my fitness goals.

You should put it to good use.. say hitting HYPOCRITES in the head with it.
Seriously though, that’s a good tool to keep track of your fitness routine. Maybe there’s an app like that in the App Store.
