I did it again. It has been weeks since I last updated this blog.
Frankly, I spent these past few weeks pigging out. There were days when I went out for dinner, consuming very delicious yet calorie-laden food. Also, I think I had buffet dinner 3-4 times. And that’s a very conservative estimate. Of course, I threw caution to the wind and went berserk each time I came face to face with the buffet table. Who doesn’t?:)
I think I also went overboard on coffee these past few weeks. Coffee is not fattening but I almost always go for the fancier concoctions. And God knows how much cream and milk coffee shops dump in the 12-16 oz. cups of coffee I order. And when I’m at home, I add a dollop of condensed milk to my coffee. Sucks, huh?
Since it has been more than three months since I started this weight loss blog, I must admit that there have been more misses than hits in my attempt to lose 30 pounds. I am still overweight at 136 lbs. No change, really. I think by now I have to admit I can’t lose weight without engaging in physical activities and exercise. And so this week, I guess I’ll have to go check out some fitness gyms and find one suitable for my needs and budget. Wish me luck.
