I needed inspiration for an update in this blog so I searched my SD card for pictures of healthy and appetizing food and I found these:
I really miss having granola. It is so filling and delicious. Too bad a 700 g bag costs more than Php200. Too expensive for me. Even a carton of soya milk sells for Php60 nowadays. And to think I can easily finish a liter in one day.
And salad greens with corn on the cob? This one I also love. Lyle and I had so much fun preparing this. I am thinking of doing this again soon.
And lastly, the shrimp siomai. This is what I usually have when I crave for Chinese food at night and it’s too late to go to my favorite dimsum place. Two pieces of siomai and shredded lettuce and I’m all set. The lettuce, by the way, is to keep me from going overboard on the dumpling. Works for me all the time.
Looking at these pictures makes me very hungry and I really want to munch on something. But since I’m currently somewhere where healthy food is not in abundance, I guess I have to stare at these pictures awhile.

Let’s have a cooking lessons at either Lyle’s or Brendel’s house, same like we did at Andrew’s house ie; making pancakes.. awhile ago..
yehheeeyyy!!! you’re writing again!!! mishu so much, gf!
Hehe….there’s no need for cooking lessons. All you need are the greens, dressing, corn, and a sharp knife.
Mmmm…. Shrimp siomai!
What dressing did you put in the salad?
@Miah- We both love siomai, I know.
I think Lyle used Caesar Salad dressing.
@Orman- Thanks, GF. It’s about time. Can’t wait to see you again.
