I think I may have consumed a lot of food today.  I felt like eating too much carbohydrates.  I had white rice, ramen, and pastries!   I have to cut down on portions next time.

And I even added whole milk in my coffee!  Seriously, what’s with me today?   I’m doing all sorts of things to ruin my diet.  Sheesh.
