Whoa! My last blog entry was April 15. Meaning, it has been more than a month since I last updated this blog. I have a couple of excuses up my sleeve but I don’t think what I can come up with are acceptable. Oh well, here are the reasons why I haven’t been updating my weigh loss blog.
- I was out of town a couple of times–> Simply not good enough. Although I did some traveling, I always brought a laptop with me or there’s always somebody willing to lend me his so I should have managed to update this blog for a couple of times the past month at least.
- I was sick–> Well, have been sick for almost two weeks but fever and a bad cough didn’t keep me from updating my other blogs or watching movies online so the fact that I was sick shouldn’t have kept me from updating this blog religiously.
- I can’t seem to keep track of the food I eat–>This is the reason why I should religiously maintain a food journal and one of the best reasons why I shouldn’t ever miss a blog entry in this weight loss blog.
- I have been so busy watching The Biggest Loser–> All the more I should be inspired to take weight loss and blog about my experience seriously! Maintaining a weight loss blog is a whole lot easier than living in a weight loss camp for months.
- I am just too lazy–> I totally agree!
Alright, alright. All my reasons are so lame and totally unacceptable. Frankly, I have been missing out on a lot of good stuff by letting my laziness get the better of me.
Also, I wan’t able to go to the gym as promised. I still have a respiratory infection, y’know.:P
This is just so embarassing.
