My first taste of red meat in 12 months...

So after a year of my self-imposed no red meat policy, I’m finally back to eating beef and pork.

I had my first taste of red meat yesterday and boy, it was a gratifying experience.  Had loads of my  Ria’s tasty liempo at lunch.  I also had  a hearty dinner of mostly thai beef curry, thanks to Orman.

Reviving Losing 30 Pounds

Ramen- Japanese Food

After eating a bowl of spicy ramen for dinner (no, I didn’t have any of the pork bits), I decided to revive this blog.  My last update was three months ago and I haven’t lost a pound since then.

Also, it has been exactly two months since I last played badminton with my friends.  I miss playing badminton but I just don’t have the time for it right now.  I’m very busy with errands and backlogs.  Plus, I had a foot injury which still causes some residual pain.

Shrimp Siomai: Makes a healthy snack if you stick to a single serving...:-)

I really miss having granola.  It is so filling and delicious.  Too bad a 700 g bag costs more than Php200.  Too expensive for me.  Even a carton of soya milk sells for Php60 nowadays. And to think I can easily finish a liter in one day. :P
